The main issues with PKing are that character creation is something that is planned to be observed. Unlike most games where you can make a character near-instantly, you will have to make sure your character concept and your actual ability to play is decent enough for the RP community. For instance, a character who's sole purpose in life is to throw his or her fesces at other characters will NOT be allowed, nor will a character with a name such as AyE Pe@ Fr33ly... I've seen both situations occur a disturbing number of times... Another part of this is that character development is a rather high priority, and the extensiveness of it is something that's rather hard to lose; and I truly, TRULY -hate- IC conflicts going OOC to this degree. RL emotions have no place in a game, period.
