Subject: Happy Mothers Day Author: Shaz [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 19:36:43 05/08/03 Thu This Sunday, May 11, is Mothers Day in Australia so I am wishing all Mums, regardless of where you live, a great day. We are planning on having morning tea with my Mum-in-law (which will no doubt extend past lunchtime) and afternoon tea with my Mum. Craig, my hub, then suggested we go out for dinner for ME. Lovely thought, but seriously, how much can you eat in one day?? And I am sure that by that time my two teenage kids will have had enough 'family time' for one day (week, month...) Subject Author Date Mary F: Ahhh, sleeping on mother's day, what a concept! Actually I would've settled for being w/ my family. # 1 daughter and I spent Mothers Day in N.W. Ohio for a volleyball tourney (only a MAN would've planned a two day tourney over Mothers Day). Not only did we get spanked on the court, but drove home in pouring rain and 50 MPH winds.
