Hey folks....just thought I'd check in and say that I will never take California weather for granted again. I don't think I've seen the sun since I left the Golden State. We've been under constant threat of thunderstorms and tornadoes (!) since we left. So tell me, just when DOES summer actually come to the rest of the U.S.???
On the other hand, we've seen some wonderful scenery in the wilds of Montana and the Dakotas...and lots of wildlife as well. Buffalo, prairie dogs, wolves, you name it! In addition, we've scored some real bonuses in our genealogy search and added some great info to the family tree.
Tomorrow we're on to the Quad Cities and riverboat gambling! So what are y'all up to this merry month of May? Hope some fun is being had!
