I agree with Jenny. First set are bad, highly doubt they will pass. The femoral necks of both legs are bad as well. Does this dog show any lameness?

Second set look good, the neck on right side is slightly thicker than left, but still good.

I am not a vet or specialist either but have seen hundreds of hip xrays.
