Soon they reach the creek and the trail changes direction to follow it upstream. Slowly, the path begins to rise. After a bit they intersect a stream that flows into the main creek. The path splits into two, one turning to follow the stream and the other leading straight across. Rhian halts the mare, letting her decide where to go. She sighs happily, the sound of the running water filling her ears and the scent of the forest surrounding her.
