2工程範圍
工程範圍包括
i)是項工程包括掘闊地臺石矢至更換或維修原有生鐵渠禍及 污水井。
ii)接駁後用回原有來水水壓測試喉管情況,回泥、覆蓋木板 或鐵板及放置圍欄,地面石屎則邊及落回路面石屎保護喂 伊甸

iii)施工範圓根據地渠撿查報告及圖則(由管業處捏提供?所顯 示有問題之地渠及污水井。
iv)承辦商自行核實有關的工地或物業所需材料、呎寸和數 量、施工環境、上落貨情況等是否合乎政府法例要求,並 會自行作出安排以完成此項工程。管業處所提供的附圖及 或所列資料只供參考之用,確實呎寸大小是以承辦商實地 視察環境為準。承辦商同意如有任何有關工料呎數或上述

實地視察日期將定於2007年7月26日上午11日寺,於新界沙田銀
城街11-23號愉由苑B座平台管業處集合。
屆時將安排投標公司進行視察及作出提問。愉田苑業主立案法團
鼓勵各投標者參與是次實地視察,而愉田苑業主立案法團將丕盒
為個別投標者另行安排實地視察。

5.回標文件
5.1所有回標文件必須以火漆密封形式交回新界沙田銀城街 11-23號愉田苑B座平台愉田苑管業處內之標書收集箱內,否則將 不獲受理。
5.2截止回標日期為2007年8月3日下午5時。所有逾期遞交之 標書將不獲受理及作廢o
5.3投標者於回標時,連同交因之標書外,需提供以下丈件之副 本:

3. The Tend巴r should be endorsed and deposi t巴d as required by the Tender Invitation Letter and shall consist of:
(a) Th巴complete set of documents referred to at condition I(a) with the Form ofT,巳nder fully completed, signed, witnessed and dated;
(b) The additional copy of the Form of Tender referred to at condition l(c) with the Form of Tender fully completed, signed, witnessed and dated;
4. The closing date and time for tend巴rs will automatically be deferred to the following day or next earliest possible working day in th巴following circumstances
(a) If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted before and remains hoisted beyond the closing time; 01
(b) lfa 'Black' Rainstorm Warning is announced by Government (via the Information Services Department) before and remains in force beyond the closing time
However, the closing date and time will 1巴main unchanged if Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above theιBlack' Rainstorm Warning is lowered or withdrawn two hours or more before the closing time
5. The price of the tender shall be in Hong Kong Dollars

1.3.1.)包挖掘泥石,不論鬆土、安土、石頭或任何障礙物,包括舊沙 并及地腳,均按同一單價計算(即泥、石、可原頭同價) ,但不 包用大炮機,風機及風炮尖石。

Part 11.拉生位已盟
2.1所有材料須符合有關標準及經由法國批准才可使用。中標後,承判商須 盡早備妥樣板,待法國批准後才可大量吉丁料,如承乎'J j萄預算使用之材 料未能符合章程或則師之要求, j},-主'J商必須立即改用符合章程要求之 材料,否則一切因材料問題而導致工程受阻的責任,均由71<..判商自行 承擔。
2.2本合約工程所需之濕石原、磚料、扎鐵用之鐵料、英泥、沙、石仔及裝T頁 用的鐵料等均由承判商供應, 71<..乎'J j萄須包一切材料之地盤內運及開料 費用。
2.3.包一切試驗材料的試驗費用。

Part III益4主且盟
3. 1.所有工程必須依照法團訂出之進度及要求之質素完成,否則一切拆去 及重做的費用均由承判商負責。
3.2.所有安裝須依照供給之墨綠造妥,但承主I) 商需複核采坑路線(即賴灰 且各)及複準渠底平水才可以施工,承判商有責任確保所建造的渠務合符 實際地盤的設計平水及一切收貨標準。
3.3.到料時間,需配合工程進度,不能過早或過遲q材料到地盤前,必須預 早聯絡地盤以作安排。所有到地盤的材料要遵照指示存放妥當,不能任 意擺放,以免阻塞通道或被損壞,否則一切後果自負。
3.4.一切回填泥必須淋水及包火車處壓實,如位置不許火車處通過,如l須用震 板壓實,以每填225mm禹作為歷實一次,所有泥土壓實密度必須符合 施工規格、中、英文章程之要求。所有填泥須經過抽樣板試驗,一切費用 由承判商負責,若哥去現填y尼(不論2尼質或施工方法)不合符標準,一切 重造均由承判商負責,而時間上之損失,貝I)按過期罰款方法補償本公 司o
3. 5承判商之機械在發生故障而需要維修時,如維修時間估計會超過一 天,貝I)承判商必須立即安排另一部機械至I)地盤問工,以免阻遲工程進 度。同時法固有權要求承判商將要維修之機械搬離地盤,承與'Jr萄必須依 照指示將機械搬走,以免阻礙施工。y恭喜I)商不可將非本地盤應用之機械 或工具停泊或存放在屋苑範圍內。
3.6.承判商在挖泥時必須小心避免損壞任何地下地渠、水喉、電纜、電話線、 煤氣及其他公用設施以及本星苑之一切臨時設施,如承判商因疏忽或 管理失當而導致該等設施受損,一切修補及賠償均由承判商負責。
3.7.當地盤之地渠接駁工程完成後,承主I) j萄需負責安排監工主I)地盤進行試 水及驗渠並全部合符標準及取得水紙,全部;有關費用均由承判商負責。
3. 8. jf(判商之地渠安裝工程必須儘量配合渠坑之挖掘進度。若因承判商無理
延遲裝渠筒,而導致泥土傾瀉入渠坑或其他後果,則一切翻挖及清理 渠坑底泥及其他一切費用均由承判商負責。
承判商須將上述價格包含說明各項所引致之額外費用適當地化入其價 格內,不得籍詞價格不包而要求補償,除非在工程量數表內另有度教 項目,貝I])去囝一概不承認o
