Subject: *Keiko suddenly appeared in front of Dr. Morpheus...*
In reply to: Dr. Morpheus 's message, "*Dr. Morpheus shuffled into his den...*" on 11:38:58 03/04/03 Tue

Back in her home--in a completely different house altogether from Dr. Morpheus' house--Keiko finally decided it was time to try contacting her home planet. Thus, she walked back to the secret transmitter she kept in her bedroom and used her psychic energy to activate it.

Unfortunately, it had been many decades since Keiko had used the psi-wave amplifying crystal, but she was pretty sure she remembered how the incantation went...

"Crystal of Power," she intoned, "let me contact those whom I love, and long to be with..."

Unfortunately, though, that wasn't quite the right incantation, for instead of reaching her home planet telepathically, the crystal teleported Keiko to the current location of Dr. Morpheus.

"Oops," Keiko said, turning beet-red and producing an enormous sweatdrop; "I can explain this..."

Desperately, Keiko tried to think of way to explain this.

"Er...I'm actually not really here. I'm just a figment of your imagination. Ah...the door's that way, right?"

In fact, Keiko wasn't looking forward to walking home in the snow in her bare feet, but--on balance--she figured it was probably best to get out of there as soon as possible.
