1. When did the Law end:
A.) at Calvary
B.) in 70AD?
C.) Some other time:_______________

Answer: “B”

The Bible, and therefore preterism, teaches that the Law was to remain in effect, and every Jot and tittle practiced, until the parousia. The Bible, and therefore preterism, affirms that the Old Covenant Law had not yet passed away as of the 60’s AD (Hebrews 8:13), and the Apostles continued to observe every jot and tittle of the Law as they were instructed to by their Master. (Acts 21:26) History confirms that the destruction of the temple rendered observation of the Mosaic covenant Law impossible. The Law could no longer be observed, no longer be followed. (Something Jesus said could not happen until the parousia .-Matt 5:18) Therefore, the destruction of the Temple evidenced the fact that the parousia had indeed come to pass.
The Bible, and therefore preterism, teaches that the time of the Temple's destruction was the fulfillment of “All things written” (Luke 21:20-22)
