As far as tropical storms go 100 mph is chicken poop for our storms. Hell we get winds that constantly hold at over 100 mph on the big storms with gusts of up to and sometimes greater than 150 mph.

You did not get a tropical storm. What you got was one of our LOWER lever storms. IF you want to see a GOOOOOOD storm come to Louisiana when the winds are gusting at OVER 150 mph. That babby is what you call a good storm.
