Hello everyone!

Let's talk about something chirpy again...

How does everyone warm up? What the most efficient way (i.e. not TOO much valuable practice time "lost")...

Do you do anything else bt dancing to keep fit, build up stamina, get that bod looking gorgeous?
Oxford did a team circuit training the other night (Saturday, no clubbing), which was really good fun (good team building exercise too) and made some of us relaize how unfit we are. not me, of course :)

What do other unis do/or individuals?
