You didn’t include the definition for Adult Championship which states that it is open to any dancer who meets the Adult Championship criteria. It does not say it is open to any dancer that meets the Adult Champ criteria AND that does not meet the AA criteria. So many dancers met both criteria. O22 dancers also meet the AA criteria but they are not required to dance in AA. It is a reasonable interpretation for someone who meets all the criteria set forth in the Syllabus for the Adult Championship to dance in the Adult Championship. Please point out the criteria for the Adult Championship set forth in the Syllabus that this dancer did not meet. There are none.
