He lowered himself onto scrawny haunches, leaning backwards lightly. His entire form was very thin and streamline...a sleek coat stuck firmly to its frame, showing every nimble muscle and rib. His sides rose and fell almost exaggeratedly, And he cocked his head lightly--not in curiosity, just in habit.

"Machete. And of that you are correct. I am the brother of Khastin--who was slaughtered by the pair of Spell and K'ycal."

His words sounded pre-recorded and monotonous...apparently he had repeated them numerous times before. But his eyes looked emotionless and unforgiving; not as if he was hiding some supressed sadness, but as if there was none at all to cover.

"Forgive my uncordiality. Your name would be.....?"
