Subject: Homecoming reunion message from Mark Author: Robin [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 12:14:57 08/13/03 Wed Mark sent a message recently, saying: ========= The next reunion will be during The John Marshall High School Homecoming the weekend of October 17, 2003. We are planning to go to the football game (with instruments, I hope everyone has been practicing) on Friday night and go out after the game for drinks and dancing. We will get together again Saturday evening for food, dancing, and family fun. The cost for football tickets on Friday and food and dancing on Saturday will be approximately $25.00 person. Other Friday night costs will be on your own. The $25.00 is a guess-timate. I will have a final amount soon. You will be receiving periodic updates and information over the next two months. If you have any suggestions or want to help with the October event please let me know. If you are planning to attend please RSVP as soon as possible. I was so hoping I'd get to attend the fall reunion, since I couldn't attend the one in April! I have really enjoyed looking at the pictures & reading the stories from everyone who could attend. (My compliments & thanks for all the hard work in getting it here on the website!) If you'll pardon my getting momentarily sappy, I was really overwhelmed was such a warm fuzzy feeling as I reminisced vicariously through everyone's postings. It was so wonderful to see everyone here, even tho I couldn't actually celebrate with you. I will, however, be coming to San Antonio Sept 3. If anyone's free, I'd love to get together that weekend! My son is in SA right now, visiting his grandparents. (I hear he's having a grand time. He brought a friend along with him &, evidently, they are both enjoying those sweet young Texan females!)
