Yeah mondays are the fun day of the week 18-20 miles is the norm. The hills in the morning are something i've been doing since last year and I really havn't found them to hurt my afternoon workout at all. Carney was right I do the 300m or so version it takes about 1 minute of hard running with quite the elevation gain, the full hill is for lunatics and gives a completly different workout. There is no power sprinting up the long one, it is all about survival, it probably takes 2:30 to get up I know Gorman last year did 12 or so, insane, I think Carney has done a few of these also. I'll tell you kids something Carney is a talent!. The most of these long hills i've ever done is 3, mainly because i hate the run back down.
keep bangin
pistol out
