I get that part of your arguement. I don't get it that you think him immature and not a leader. Off the pitch, the evidence is clearly there that he's both leader and mature. On the pitch less so. The interesting thing for me is why he doesn't show it on the pitch, and what factors would have to be different in order for him to perform better on the pitch. currently he's compartmentalising his abilities and skills. -- SW6.doc
