- Mate, i'm about halfway between both ends of the spectrum here, but you know full well what people are getting at. Yes, their goal came as described, but the point being made, is that shouldn't have been relevant, because we had been so dominant, the lead should have been more than a precarious 1 goal. - We created more chances last night than all season and let's be honest there have been a few already. And with our No. 1 striker on board. It's not negative or knee-jerk for fans to concur with the manager. Ok, not doomsday as some suggest but concerning and worth discussing the best way forward. We’ve only really looked impressive in 1 game thus far , ie last Sat. But contrived to throw it away for both failing to capitalise on chances and then totally switching off . Even against Leicester and Ipswich we were nowhere near our best and indeed were hanging on desperately at the latter . Early days but warning signs are clearly there , and for me it’s all about failing to sign a forward presence .
