Good post. I agree with everything (except that you called the “premier league” the “premiership” but I know I’m a pedantic p***k). Football is a game of such fine margins and all you can do is give yourself the best opportunity of, essentially, being lucky. We haven’t been very lucky so far but could still improve e.g. be tighter at the back and more clinical in front of goal.
