Well, DH and I had the rest of our talk(for now) last night....more

He said that he will stop, but he thinks I am making this into more of a big deal than it is. I told him my fears are of past examples and tht I did not think it was a good idea. I also told him that I do not like the idea of losing the kids over this or me going to jail because of this.

For now I am going to take it one day at a time. I know a lot of you are going to disagree with me on this and you think I should pack up and leave.

I have got to get into a job opportunity that does not require over 40 hours a week and that can earn me enough to support us. I also want to try and at least start my education again for teaching. Without DH in the picture, I do not see any of this as possible.

Yes, I know there are federal programs out there that could help, but, if I can save all the tax payers some money, that is what I would rather do.

If things go down hill in a hurry, I will leave. For now he told me he would stop and I have to trust(albeit reluctantly) in what he has said to me.

I am home with the kids during the day right now and will continue to do so as long as I can, but I also realize that I may need to go back to work full time during the day again. The kids will hate it.
