NOW!) ~*~*you began the task of hiding the large Ruby Dragon. by now, you had attracted quite a crowd of on-lookers, but happily ignored everything that they tried to ask you. well, most of them. there was one in particular that you could not quite close out, probably because she reminded you to some extent of Anubis- not physically, or even in her words- but in her eyes. they were the same golden amber as those of Anubis. she was, outwardly, a figure of darkness. there was something just.... unusual about her, like there had been about Faeren and Fire Song when you had first met them. a proud roar from the dragon sent the rest of the crowd scattering, but your eyes on this particular girl kept her in place. somehow knowing that you were curious, she bowed, and moved into a better range of view. her hair was a very deep shade of violet, nearly black. there were neatly trimmed cat ears poking out of the side of her head, the fur on them the color of pure darkness. her skin was pale ivory, save for a black mark burned into her left cheek- it looked like a 'Y' with a cupped top, and a small sphere between the arms formed there. there were several smaller patterns alone the basic said pattern, and a few off to the side. the odd part was, that you had seen the same mark on Ma'ar, and you had seen a similar mark embedded in some of Faeren's clothing. you finally identified the symbol- it was that of the children who had escaped Telia, with Ma'ar. but you had never seen the mark burned into their skin before. she was dressed in a very elaborate black dress, made with very fine ribbons and charms, and very silky, yet very heavy fabrics. it came as no urprise that the entire thing was colored black and deep violet, save for one of the charms hanging just below her neck- the same chaarm as the mark on her cheek, colored in a light red, closer to pink. her legs were compleetly covered by the beautiful dress, as were her arms- the sleeves covering her arms, and coming to a point as it crossed her hand, then formed a loop around her midel fingers to keep the cleeves in place. when she had stepped closer to you, you had noticed that she was not an anthromorph- she had human feet. they were covered by what looked like black combat boots, but you were not sure. she stopped beside you rather than before you, so you could see that her hair was confined down her back by loops formed by her dress. there were about 4 loops in all- dropping to the small of her back. her hair actually reached a bit lower.it was creepy, really, that her hair had been tied to her dress. you noticed, also, that she had a tail. you nearly missed it, tucked away in the folds of her dress. like her ears, her tail was solid black. she had a set of wings as well- which you had again missed by her dress. they were folded so tightly to her back that they looked like fabric. again, solid black- wings like a dragon's, which she slowly spread and lowered to show that she was not interested in a fight. they has a few scars on them, but the one that you noticed most clearly was one near the base that was scarred in the color of bright red. another burn, more recent and not planned in advance. she folded her wings in again, and bowed lightly before actually looking up at you. you were a bit dumbfounded when you saw the traditional Sentient black stone clasped around her neck, and her glowing violet eyes. no coils, not revived- just under control, if that. you had never known a Sentinel to be.... well, silent around an enemy. she blinked once, looked at you, then spoke. her voice said that she was probably around her early 20's. however, if she really had escaped with Ma'ar, she must have been a great deal older. she spoke very slowly, as if afrade that she would say something wrong. she spoke as if she were programmed to say everything that she was telling you now.*~*~ Subject- TGX-6784-A Given Name- Misaga (Kitten) Gender- Female GC- Human/Feline BP- Demon DOB- x/xx/xx CS- Absent LS- Unknown Chosen Name- Ah'Kaia (Shadow) Short Name- Kaia (Earth) ~*~*she bowed again.*~*~ Ah'Kaia, child of Telia, born of Humans and Feling Anthromorphs, mother a Demon. gifted in the arts of Magic, Summoning, and Calling. ~*~*you had not heard that last term before, which she seemed to realize.*~*~ Calling- a force similar to that of Ancient Magic, but drawing from the power of another person, place, or thing. Example- Clow Cards, Spirit Cards, and Mock Summoning Shells. people in the area with this gift- 3 mastered, one untrained, myself, two novices, seven others other than yourself with the knowledge. ~*~*she was, despite her very mechanical attitude, very loveable. you did not know why. you knew when she did not attack you though, that her stone was not effective for some reason. you looked at Norika and the Dragon, then back at Kaia. you could hide the Dragon in a moment.
