 OK..So who else is sick of the coughers and splutterers and sweet wrapper rustlers who spoil concerts. What punishment could eb instantly meted out to these offenders whose timing is the only entertaining bit. Always during the pastoral adagio bits never at crescendos??? Anyone got any ideas?
