Great research Geoff! And people tell me I have too much time on my hands (yuk!) But seriously (or as serious as this board will ever get)- another bit player that turns up in the most unlikeliest places is a man who was in reality Dick Van Dyke's personal valet, Frank Adamo, who pops up every now and then as a waiter, part of a crowd, etc. on the old The Dick Van Dyke Show. He had a few speking roles as well.
BTW, has anyone ever seen a movie called "The McCullochs"? It features Don Grady and William Demerest and was made in the mid seventies. I waiting for it to be delivered. The only reason I bought it was because of Don and Bill. Should be interesting.
