Yes, there are too many administrators doing little to prove their worth to students and staff. Cut at least a dozen. Likewise, there is no work for many of the other civil servants. This is not public assistance or a lifetime job.

State aid has been cut 20% - what do you expect to pay these people with - masks, toilet paper and sanitizer?

Some board members are politically and maybe financially tied to some of these unions and do their bidding without any evidence to keep these jobs with arguments like yours
- trying to make it about black and brown, or as you call them (little people)
- disparaging others
- claiming the money can be found elsewhere (but never show where and how much) just wishful, empty words.

Better than being insulting and trying to play the race card how about going into the budget and show us where the money can be cut to save these jobs.

Start with these cost cutting / job saving ideas -
ALL employees pay 25% for health insurance
ALL retirees pay 35% for health insurance - taxpayers also pay for their medicare insurance
All employees take a salary freeze including those for credits
And for parents - cut back on your demands for paying for what schools are not required to do with extras - electives, smaller class size honors, AP classes, sports and such.

But they won't because parents and employees including your "little people" are expecting their paid-for politicians in Albany will come through with more of our money.
