So we can assume Padilla vehemently opposed Spindler’s $30,000 raise? For a job in which she possesses none of the qualifications? We can assume he stringently railed against the raises everyone in his cabinet received. The teachers have given back in the past, taken pay freezes. When is administration taking theirs? When do they take one for the cause? Maybe we’d have more money if we weren’t putting so much of it in the pockets of David Shaw and the rest of the lawyers we employ to fend off the constant lawsuits we are saddled with. But the teachers..
