Subject: Lights Out

During last year’s Newburgh Illuminated, a major indigent occurred. Due to the incompetence the police chief, last year a fight broke out around 8pm shortly after Idiot Harvey took the stage. Normally, this would have been swiftly taken care of but our Police Chief decided to let the half of the security forces (county, other cities, NBPD) so chaos broke out.

Fast forward to now, King Venning is pushing back and has denied three different permit requests because of this issue. He wants to limit the size due to this incident. At this point, Newburgh Illuminated may possibly moving. The Town of Newburgh is more than happy to hold the festival.

We are at risk of losing festival altogether. 100,000 people from around the area attend this event. And now this incompetent city manager is going to kill this event.
