Can someone actually explains what happens in executive session, and why it takes so long, are the having dinner back there, are they actually talking and figuring out items, and why do they need to have it the day of meeting are they allowed to have a meeting the day before that is just executive session meeting, they should all have the agenda ahead of time just talking out loud thank you
