I agree with you Cen hud dude. But the newbies, both council, and citizens, I feel overlook the potential disaster of switching to a strong Mayor system. If the leadership model changes, I hope there are some prerequisites are in place for education, and professional experience. Also, if this isn't approached correctly, this can be profoundly distasterous for Newburgh.
