[> Subject: NE should remove "plastic priorities" such as wigs as a consideration for judges. Given what we know about mental health issues including body dysmorphic and eating disorders (not to mention, traction alopecia!), in adolescents, region has a responsibility to consider health and welfare of the children we are placing in their care. It should be about the dancing, not the dresses/wigs.
