Since ending my competitive chapter years ago, I have made a career as a photographer specializing in Irish dance, seniors, and families.

Slowey Photography captures dancers in an authentic style, based on their unique dance journey, for images that showcase what it truly means to define yourself as “Irish dancer”.

I photograph these authentic moments by working with your dancer to learn about their personal relationship to the sport, so that when it’s time to hang up the wig they can look back on the memories that truly mattered the most. Plus, I bring over 20 years of competitive experience with me to coach them through poses to photograph the best technique for their skill level.

I have sessions available in Hartford on November 22-24!

I am offering both full length sessions, for the full experience with professional makeup included complimentary, styling assistance, location flexibility, and the ability to include Class of 2025 senior photos and/or siblings OR mini sessions for a more time and budget friendly option!
