Manong Tom's proposal is great but also I agree with what you said Auntie Nomen that it doesn't need to be the veledictorians or salutatorians who can have these financial aids for we have kids back home who badly want to finish at least their high school but just can't because of financial hardships. I think another way we could help is for us to encourage people to open up more businesses in Tagudin so that there will be employment and this way people might be able to afford to have their kids go to school. -- Tagudinians Message Board brought to you by Seaside Park
