I am a junior referee in Victoria and i was touch judging in a 1st grade match a player was back chatting 20 out from his own line so the referee binned him and the captian who was also back chatting and then the referee advanced the mark to just before the now 11 man team's try line. In another match another referee extended a mark over 50 meteres from one end of the field to another.
