Actually it was a penalty kick. St George was playing Souths at Kogarah Oval and Michael O'Connor was taking a penalty kick for goal. Craig Coleman, the Souths Half back, was waving his arms and yelling at him to distract him. When he missed the goal, I ordered another kick, which he succeeded in kicking. To answer the original message, yes the players should remain in goal.
