Yes, I lived there for about a year when I was about 19. I did that whole "rebel young adult" thing where you flee your parents and abandon your culture (or, in America culture, lack thereof) and adopt something completely different. I loved it, I found it fascinating.
I especially loved that you could say what you wanted there, you know? You didn't have to watch your mouth constantly to make sure you weren't offending someone.

I've also been to Germany and Ireland, but that was a very long time ago.

It's usually not boring, but it's so...frustrating when you're onto something, and then you stop dead. It's the waiting that I hate, when there's literally nothing productive you can do.
