It took a moment for the child to realize she was talking to the man that had made Mommy so miserable. She cocke dher head like an inquisitive flit. He seemed sad. For Mommy? Was he sorry? Maybe he could change from a bad Daddy to a good Daddy!

"Otay, Daddy!" She giggled. "A-welcome(you're welcome)! Sawwy(Sally) tell Mommy!" She giggled again, playing the 'third-person-name-game'. She jumped up like, well, what she was--an overexcited four-turn-old-- when he talked about being careful. "Oh, guess wha? Sawwy sawed a big," she gestured wildly with her arms, "dwagon when Sawwy was following Aunt Mar-mar! Sawwy think it migh-a(mighta) be a bwonze!"

She danced away happily, looking back only when she reached the door. Then, she waved over-enthusiastically.

"Bye-bye, Daddy! Bye-bye, Aunt Mar-mar!"

Then, she dissapeared through the door.

((She's gonna get lost now. XD))
