She frowned softly, pressing a soft kiss to the top of his head as she continued the massage she was giving him. "I am not trying to make excuses, I don't think you could predict everything that happens, you are good at what you do, Remy, but you aren't perfect, no person is." She started before she continued. "But on top of it all, Rem, you had a new baby at home, you had a lot of stuff going on in life and Gia is good at hiding what she's doing apperantly." She sighed softly before she closed her eyes, resting her forehead against the top of his head, just enjoying the touch of his hands as he moved his palm up and down her legs and body. He had such strong, powerful hands, always had, even as a kid. "While you were gone the doctor came in..." She sighed deeply, her brow furrowed a touch as she spoke. "He told Kyrian that it was a tough ethical decision that he was going to have to make. That Haylie had shown no sign of brain activity since the virus took hold and in his medical opinion there was no 'Haylie' left in there, that she is jsut a shell now and that it was a just a decision now over whether she was really alive or not." She frowned a little, soothing her hand down Remy's arms slowly. "I don't think, if..when...Haylie wakes up...I don't think she'll be going back out on the field again. She had been thinking about asking to be moved to intelligence for awhile now..."
