(He pulled the bottle out of the microwave when it went off and tested it on his arm before carrying it over and setting it in front of chase, ruffling his already shaggy dark hair before joining Shay at the bar and groaning at the sight of the steak and potatoes before him. He hadn't been eating well lately, and his stomach attested to that by growling loudly as he picked up his fork and knife and got to work eating.) I didnt think she would even be comfortable with our kids until you had Chase.. (He liked talking about Haylie like this, like he knew that they would have kids and taht she would be just fine.. it helped him feel more at ease about the situation and less uptight. He smirked as Chase complained and then realized he had his bottle.. typical McLean.. they were controlled by their stomachs.) Haylie doesn't let people get away with their mindgames, and Remy plays a lot of mindgames with people. Thats why he gets so crabby with her, because he can't hide anything from her, she trumps his ace. (He smirked, proud of his little Monarch.. she was a unique and amazing person and he loved her deeply.)
