She looked down at the baby when Kyr did, thinking about his question. She had never really thought about having children, even after Chase came along it hadn't made her immediatly desire children of her own. It was just that, having been raised by the state, foster family after foster family, she didn't have a whole lot of stock in family. She didn't think they were all bad, like Kyr, she didn't think kids ruined things but she also thought that life could be better without them in some instance and she also just the whole idea of a 'family' was kind of overrated. His question he had just posed though made her stop and think. "I am not sure what a kid we made would look like...I am not as exotic looking as Shay." She stated with a shrug before she looked over at him with a grin on her face. "But you're better looking than Remy so maybe it would even out." She pursed her lips a little, her eyes moving over the baby before she spoke again. "Did I ever tell you I have two half brothers and a half sister?" She knew she hadn't but she just brought it up casually, she had never really felt the need to talk about it but she really wanted their relationship to work and that meant no secrets and this was just another piece of her history that - while it wasn't really consequential - it was something that no one else knew and she wanted to tell him about. She wanted him to know all her little secrets that she never talked about just to show that she trusted him now. So she still wasn't willing to talk about marriage, she had now decided that marriage was over rated too. It was just a piece of paper and a couple of rings...it didn't really change anything else and she just didn't want to go through all that again. She didn't think he would leave her again, she really didn't, but no matter how slim the chance of him doing it again...she just wasn't willing to even risk that chance.
