Olha Cinara,esse é um problema terrível,mas você tem saber com "jeitinho" impor as suas idéias,procure conversar francamente com a direção ou supervisão,procure convencê-los,mostre-lhes o seus projetos. Que bom ler que você tem mil idéias fervilhantes para pôr em prática com seus alunos.Não desista.
