With Mr. Tecture and the old man, looks like we're gettin' quite a slate comin' up here. Folks with good brains thinkin' great ideas! We need more o' this round here. Give our current leaders a reason to mess their britches. Now if we could get the grassroots movin', get folks to add some thoughts, get up from that TV chair. Hell, it's New Years resolution time. How 'bout followin' some ideas here. T'Hell with takin' back the block! How 'bout takin' back the whole danged city? Even a little at a time. Watch them idjits in City Hall shake in their shoes. It'd make for a real good laugh. And a better place to live in and call home. Don't you folks agree?

PS Here's all m'best wishes to you Sue Ellen m'darlin'. May these holidays bring you sweet joy. May the new year bring you all your best dreams. May you live happy where life is good. If that be Newburgh may it be the best home you could have.
