I saw broken baby carriages, large, soggy boxes that a child's play oven came in, bags of garbage that appear to have been stripped searched by animals time and time again. The list goes on, etc.
One of the worst houses, is just a few doors down from the post office on Liberty Street.
As I said, the garbage was buried under snow, and now has come back to life !
