It seems clear that the whole ordeal was not only to help for a ADHD and hyperactivity problem, but he was also used in a research project. Kids in Montessori schools are often used in medical projects and these schools seem to get money from it. There also seem to be a connection to the sport school that had the interest of making bodily changes to enhance sport results.

The use of the police to force kids and families into such research projects happens in many coutries. I already have accounts from Canada, Australia and France. This account is from western Europe, maybe France.

The endoscopic exam at 14 seems to include several stages with various degree of anesthesia. At he first stages with small degree of anesthesia they stimulated the pelvic area and lower stomach in many ways to test reactions, while also looking inside with endoscopic instruments.

In the later stages the boy was put in full general anesthesia. At that stage they took a lot of tissue samples from the urinary system and digestive system and also from the abdominal cavity.

They also perfromed surgical adjustments of the urinary system, lower digestive system and genitals during that face.

The arrangements with cathetres, pumping and flushing had the purpose of stabilizing the changes made and remove discharges from internal wounds.

Most of the details told about are standard endoscopic techniques and intensive care modalities used on kids during and after interventions in the pelvic area and lower stomach. Most people are not aware of these modlities and tend not to believe it when told and most patients are not aware of them due to anesthesia.

These techniques vary somewhat according to gender and age of the kid. The way it is described here is typical of how teenaged boys are handled.

Having the boy lying on back with legs flexed up and placed in stirrups an the armes flex up past the head is used when they want immediate axcess in the urinary system all the way up into the kiney and acess all the way through the anus inside the colon, while also being able to manipulate the upper body part. This position is not uncommon.

They possibly did some endocopic intervention in the recovery room also, possibly to check and refine the adjustments already done. Maybe he also was used as an instructional object to train health personal.

The handling of the scrotum is however not common, but can be interpreted as a technique to influence the pubertal development to emhance sport performance.

The use of electrodes in penis and anus at home may have been for research but possibly this also had the porpose of adjusting the pubertal development.
