Hi,

Our whole family took part in an experimental examination. Our daughter and son have completed a questionnaire about the course of the health screening and they want us to also write how our examination went. My husband doesn't really want to, but since we both have a few questions about the course of the screening, which we didn't answer at the hospital, my husband and I agreed that if you're interested in completing it, we'll fill out the questionnaire. Thank you for your reply.
