Subject: Hire a non-ID CEO to begin with. Start fresh, new Exec Board - current members need not apply. All registered TCs and ADs have a vote. Consider TC/ACs as shareholders.

Eliminate the CLRG family dynasties on the Executive Board like Petri, McCutcheon, ... only way to save to CLRG is to remove all those that put the organization in this position and profited by it.
