Karina looked up at Theron as he glowered at her, her bright blue eyes dulling, the color dying softly. She felt as if the life had been sucked out of her entirely and completely, not that she was fully alive anyways. Big blue eyes closed as she sat down in her seat and looked down to the table her head in her hands. "I'm sorry..." She whispered softly.

Marcius looked down as Theron mentioned the Romans. It wasn't his fault he had been born one. He hated it when he brought that up. "I'm sorry about my background Daddy.." He said, biting back his growl although his eyes lit up with a fire fueled by hurt. He reached down to take a sip of his drink before looking over to Karina. He sighed softly, before draping an arm over her shoulders and leaning down to nuzzle her neck. "Look, I'm sorry about the note I wrote. It wasn't true. And Theron loves you, he really does. Don't worry about it okay?"

Karina just sat, staring at the napkin in her hands that she was busy playing with.
