Verda remained mute for a time after Craig had answered, her gaze riveted on the passersby out in the subway. She thought she had an idea of his moody tendencies. A new pack in his territory, an attraction to the alpha of said pack... and an uncertainty of where he fit into it all was her thoughts. But she could be wrong, and probably was on some points. She wondered, idly where the rest of the pack was, and how they were faring. She'd have to call them all at some point. Or she could wait until the next Moon and gather them all in the meadow for their run. She was curious as to how the core of her pack would accept the latest addition, a timid, fearful little fox... Not immediate family, not even in the sense of being of the same species.

Eventually, after a good bout of silence, Verda exhaled slowly and closed her eyes for a breif moment before pushing to all four paws. She turned, and bumped Craig's shoulder with her own, before moving back down the tunnel. She couldn't change here.. so close to the two-leggers... she would startle many of them with her lack of clothing, and no doubt prompt a call to the police. Which she definitely didn't need. Her long limbs carried her off into the darkness with ease, and a swiftness one would expect of her species. And to her credit, she didn't check to see if Craig followed, just trusted that he'd seek to keep her company and catch up. She wanted to be as far away from civilization as she could be when she shifted back... her hormones were always out of wack then, and she'd have a naked male before her, assuming he changed back as well... Maybe they would be better off going back to their establishments.
