None of the mens girdles have the tummmy control that older men like me need. I wear mine (a Rago 6107) exclusively for figure control as i have a bigger stomach than I want the world to see. Works a treat, especially under blue jeans. I am so pleased how much slimmer I look now (both my waist and my stomach which are now inches slimmer than before I was girdled). It is also very comfortabe to wear around my male parts.
