Ok, I have compiled the list of thing I have felt that were needed to be said. They are a variety of issues.......
1) Guild Chat: We are having some problems in guild chat ATM. First, few people talk in it....everyone should participate a litte if not more. Second, some people "spam" out guildchat with nonsense. This has to STOP! I above all agree that we need to have fun in guildchat, but stop to those of U who use all capital letters to say something stupid. Stop with stuff that is just crap. I also ask that the emotes be reduced, they are pointless. So for those people who get on and say stuff including words like fag, gay, other unneccesary porfanity, or just stupid words, just stop! I am very unhappy with this, because as of late we lost a member who was a dear friend of mine because of stuff like that. It has reached a point where its not funny.....
2) Guild Events: a lot of my fault....but period we need to do more together as a guild. Whether its a raid or just a few people going to camp the Mino Hero or something. I also need to pick up my end, I'm sorry that I haven't. Soon I will be naming a person to help me plan raids and events. I will also be naming a person to help manage recruiting. BTW, May 5, not sure of time, check earlier post, Celestial Ruin will be raiding City of Mist. They have asked that we bring some of our members (lvl 40+). If you would like to go, please give me a tell. It will be fun)
3) Begging: No more.....I mean none. It is understandable if you ask someone to help you out w/ a quest or to camp something, maybe even ask for a small items. But if they say no, that means no.....I have seen people continuosly ask if someone can get them an item worth 2k+. That has to stop, and now.
4) Guild Commanders: Finally a lighter note :) I have made the decision to name 3 people as the guild commanders, which gives them the possition of like "2nd in commands", or moderators when I am not on. The idea was suggested for 2, but these 3 people are all very capable. The three people will be Rainik, Denaden, and Silverknukled. They are all capable of maintaining control, and all have exerted more than their share of in game and out of game help to me. For those who don't know, Silverknukled created Emerald Legion, and was the original leader. Sorry to others, there were other people who would have also made able commanders, but here I am a GL before a friend. Thanks
5) Recruiting: For those who didn't know, recruiting is lvl 25 and above. Thanks
