Subject: Promos

Given the last few promos that ABC spliced together that put them at odds with each other in contrast to the actual episodes where there was no huge personal conflict, I don't trust previews anymore! I have more faith in the writers of this show than almost any other, and while conflict will come a move to DC for her if she would choose it wouldn't be a deal breaker for him. He can write from anywhere and if he wants to stay at his new York place she's a hour commuter flight away. Big deal!

I saw the CTV promo and it looked better than the US one. I see them having a heavy discussion on where they are going and us being left with what were the answers for the summer. I dont think that we will find out if she leaves or not till Sept along with how their relationship fares. Personally I would write it as they temporarly seperate and still work together and finally by mid season getting back together with the the big proposal coming sappy enough during Feb sweeps (NT) -- Code, 10:15:21 05/07/13 Tue
- I just can't see why if seperate they would still work together don't forget Castle is not a cop. If have a falling out with the person you are in love with why keep working with them if don't have too. An episode or two of issues is about all I want need them happy and having fun and teasing.   - I agree that I wouldn't want them to work together if they were to separate, and I don't think Castle would put himself and Beckett through that (I would hope not, anyway). Seems to me that Castle would NOT react the way they're having him react. He's a writer. he can write anywhere. So what would stop him from going to DC with Kate? Yeah, I know they wouldn't be working together, but they'd still be together. - Yes he can but with a job like this she would never be home. Traveling all over the country, And because just started would want to do best job could so really would have no time for them.   - I don't think she lied to him. I wouldn't say it that way. I think she was finding the job more interesting than she wanted to. She was trying to believe that it was nothing. And if she was going to dismiss it as nothing then telling Castle would only worry him needlessly. Also if there is something she has to think through she doesn't voice it until she's come to her conclusions and can talk about it. After seeing the scene released yesterday I can see where Castle is getting semi-pissed. I dont think that its the new job but that she is keeping things from him and going back to its my life. I am not saying that Castle isnt innocent because of his stunt of running off to Paris alone but I also think that going to save yorur daughter trumps job interview. I can see her taking teh job but coming back in an ep or 2 in S6 as if the summer has passed and she rethinks the job.
