Subject Author Date The Miss NEPA Scholarship Organization should be holding their MAO Local Pageant I think either late October or November, but from what has been said earlier, The Bully plans to re-compete at that local to earn a 2025 Local Title to qualify for next year's State Competition. This young lady literally has no shame what so ever for the things she has done. Since MAO and Miss PA still to date have chosen not to take action, I am sure she feels completely untouchable at this point. My message to any young women who is thinking about competing at Miss NEPA this year, if The Bully is allowed to compete, then don't show up. Maybe then and only then will the Miss PA Leadership listen and finally end this. They know they will be blackballed, so if they want to continue to compete, they keep quiet. It's on the Local Directors to join together and make demands of the state leadership for change, but they just want to take a girl to state, circumstances be damned. The remaining Local Directors are turning a blind eye to the entire thing acting like they don't know anything. Truth be told, they are afraid to take a stand and speak up because in their MAO Local Franchise Contract, MAO Holds all the power and they can have their Local Franchise taken from them at anytime by the State if they go against them.
