Subject: Didn't the same thing happen the next year with poor Shanna Pender. She took over for Erika Dunlap then was almost killed in a car accident.Did she ever win Miss FL outright?

Yes, the same thing happened with Shauna Pender. But Shauna had aged out of the system, so she took over for Erica Dunlap and then two weeks later, was almost killed in a car accident on her way to an appearance. She spent months in rehab. She was a singer for talent and there was too much damage to her vocal chords. I don't think she was ever able to sing again (NT)No name
