Wow,,,you're busy spreading your dumb-assery today. There is no question about whether the debt is owed. It's been arbitrated, certified, everything else...Bryan is owed that money. That debt was taken on by the new company during the asset transfer. So when we say Robin owes the money it's because she keeps claiming to own MA. We get it - technically MAIP or whatever she named it owes the money - but since she runs everythinglike a little dictator, we see her as responsible. But yeah, we all know she'll just bleed everyone else dry to cover the debts of "her" company. Robin, it might be best for you to step away from the keyboard for the rest of the day. (NT)No name

    Why are you bothered by objectivity? If the debt is owed by a defendant in the case then there is no doubt a judgment would be entered. There may be defenses. I read the sales agreement and it is quite ambiguous as to what duties the purchaser actually might have vis a vis this debt. You say the debt was taken on by the asset transfer. I read the same document and do not conclude it is so clear. So when a woman runs her own company you call her a dictator. If a man ran his own company what would you call him? I seem to recall Sam running roughshod over an entire board of directors. So some advice to make you happier: walk away. Don't attend or donate or buy anything. You will feel so much better.
